For the past three years, I have been a member of the Raytheon Technologies Finacial Leadership Development Program. This highly selective program seeks to identify and grow corporate leaders through three, one-year rotations. The program also integrates an intensive learning program throughout its duration,  focused on corporate structure, financial reporting, data analytics, and soft skill development.

Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford, CT

  • Create performance presentations for the Executive Committee related to various efforts including strategic investment, covid performance, risk mitigation, and long-term planning

  • Support forecasting and results analysis for all business units and other entities in the $21B portfolio (2019 sales)

  • Build and refine quarterly earnings release/guidance models and presentations for corporate officers and investors

Raytheon Intelligence and Space, El Segundo, CA

  • Acted as customer liaison, generating, and delivering all contractually required performance reporting

  • Developed and presented quarterly Estimate at Completion(s) to senior leadership for a $277M Strategic Program

  • Established business-level diversity counsel, which was recognized at corporate Annual DE&I Event as company leading

 

Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Raytheon Intelligence and Space, Greater Boston, MA

  • Forecasted Cash Flow for a portfolio of ~150 active programs, joint ventures, and wholly-owned subsidiaries

  • Supported reorganization effort by integrating mission area financials for a $3B portfolio (2019 sales)

  • Designed Six Sigma project to overcome work-from-home onboarding limitations with cross-functional applicability

  • Leveraged market disruptive cloud-based architecture and SaaS pricing model to advance sales and generate revenue

  • Gained valuable communication and interpersonal skills working with potential customers to identify implantation strategy

  • Analyzed current monetary policy through recent economic publishing’s and case studies curated by Ph.D. economists

Carnations for Kathy                                                                              

  • Created charity event in partnership with the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to bring flowers to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and raise funds for the unrestricted cancer research fund

  • Organized 50+ volunteers, procurement of all material including wholesale flowers, treated, cut, and wrapped flowers into bouquets, before ultimately hand delivered 900 flowers, 300 cards, and $4,100 to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2020

  • Received Bentley University Civic Engagement Award for efforts here in addition to Service-Learning experiences
